Privacy Policy
Hey Bartender is a mobile app made by Two Mixologists Innovations LLC ("we", "us"). It lets you type a drink order, pick a visual style, and show it full screen to a bartender. This policy explains what information the app handles and what happens to it. The short version: the app has no accounts, no servers of ours, no advertising, and no analytics. Almost everything stays on your phone.
Information stored on your device
The app saves the following on your phone so it is there the next time you open it:
- the order text you type and your list of quick-pick drinks,
- the style ("vibe") you selected, the ones you marked as liked, and any custom vibes you build,
- your color theme choice,
- how many times you have shown a banner, and whether you have been asked to rate the app,
- the expiry time of a Night Pass, if you bought one.
This information never leaves your device through the app. Deleting the app deletes it.
Purchases
Hey Bartender Pro subscriptions, the Lifetime unlock, and the Night Pass are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google processes the payment and holds your payment details. We never see your card number or billing address.
To check whether a purchase is active, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated identifier for your app installation, the purchase receipt from Apple or Google, the product you bought, and basic device information such as the operating system version and app version. RevenueCat uses this to validate purchases and to restore them on a new device. It does not receive your name, email, or your drink orders. Sharing a banner
If you tap Share, the app renders your banner as an image and hands it to your phone's share sheet. Where it goes from there is your choice, and the app receiving it is governed by that app's own policy. We do not receive a copy.
Rating prompt and external links
After a few uses the app may ask you to rate it using the standard Apple or Google rating prompt. The "For bars" link and the links to these legal pages open our website in your browser. Those pages are plain web pages and do not set tracking cookies.
What we do not collect
- No account, name, email address, or phone number.
- No location.
- No contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access.
- No advertising identifiers and no ad networks.
- No analytics or crash-reporting services.
- No tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
Permissions
The app keeps the screen awake and rotates to landscape while a banner is shown. It requests no other system permissions.
Age
Hey Bartender is a tool for ordering at bars and is intended for people of legal drinking age in their location. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. The app does not sell or serve alcohol.
Your choices
- Delete all app data by deleting the app.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
- Ask RevenueCat to delete purchase records tied to your installation by contacting us at the address below. We will pass the request on with the installation identifier.
Changes
If we change what the app does with information, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app's store listing.
